Changed your mind?
If you have received a product that you’re not happy with for any reason, you can return your item for a refund or exchange, as long as the product and packaging is in its original condition. We do not cover the postage costs for returns that aren’t faulty or damaged so please organise a return via tracked service within 30 days of receiving your order.

The following must be included as part of your return:
- your order number
- what you’re returning
- reason for the return
- sufficient packaging to ensure the item(s) are protected from any damage on the way back to us
Once you have returned your item(s), please email us at info@catdogstore.co.uk to confirm this, along with the tracking number.
Faulty, damaged or something else wrong with your order?
If you receive your order faulty, damaged or have any other issue, please contact us within 7 days by email at info@catdogstore.co.uk.
For faulty or damaged items, we will cover the cost of your return so please contact us for further instructions.
If your items are damaged, please take photos of your parcel in the exact condition it arrived and email them back to us at info@catdogstore.co.uk. In case we require the items back, please keep them until you hear back from us. If you are unable to provide any proof of the damage, we may be unable to offer a refund.
