Changed your mind?

If you have received a product that you’re not happy with for any reason, you can return your item for a refund or exchange, as long as the product and packaging is in its original condition. We do not cover the postage costs for returns that aren’t faulty or damaged so please organise a return via tracked service within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your items are damaged, please take photos of your parcel in the exact condition it arrived and email them back to us at In case we require the items back, please keep them until you hear back from us. If you are unable to provide any proof of the damage, we may be unable to offer a refund.
